Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

At Yellow Rose Vintage, we carefully curate and inspect every piece before it is shipped. Because many of our items are vintage, pre-loved, one-of-a-kind, or limited pieces, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please review item descriptions, photos, measurements, and condition details carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about an item, we’re happy to help before you place your order.

Damaged Orders

Although we carefully package every order, damage may occasionally occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To submit a damage claim, please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged item
• Clear photos of the packaging and any visible shipping damage

Please keep the item and all original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

We will review the information provided and determine the appropriate resolution.

Returns or refunds are not available for changes of mind, fit or sizing preferences, color expectations, or normal signs of wear consistent with the vintage or pre-loved nature of an item.
